What are the costs?
ManageCO2 software is provided on a module by module basis, and prices are based on the number of facilities, and the number of countries to be covered by the software. There is no limitation on users. We have pricing packages to suit organisations of any size, and a pricing structure which will allow your Carbon Policy to grow over time without any additional costs. How long does it take to deploy?
No. Since the software is a web-based application, much like an online banking solution, access can be granted to the software within minutes. The ManageCO2 software complies with all usual IT Internet access restrictions, and security follows the Microsoft recommended best practice.
Do you provide Training
Yes. Although the ManageCO2 is extremely easy to use and intuitive, we do provide training either on-site or over the web. In fact, most ManageCO2 users use the inbuilt tutorial videos to get up and running.
If requested, we can also arrnage for ISO training to be provided to key individuals though our certified training partners.
Do I need The IT Department Involved
No. Allthough it is always good to involve your IT department in the consideration of any software purchase, the ManageCO2 does not require this as there are NO servers to be purchased, NO software to install on PC's or servers, NO cabling, NO security privilage changes, and NO PC configuration changes required.
Can I create reports for....
Yes. The ManageCO2 reporting suite is extremely powerful and flexible. Reports for any reporting requirement can be configured easily.
Is my Data Secure
Yes. All data is help in secure Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 databases, in a model which follows the international best practices for data security measures. All data transfer is on 256 bit SSL secure Internet connections. All servers are backed up using log-shipping technique every 15 minutes to remote servers on two continents.
Do you have disaster recovery in place
Yes. Coupled with the log-shipping backups every 15 minutes to a secondary data centre, our secondary data-centre becomes the primary data centre in the event of a disaster(flooding, power outage etc) in the primary. This fail-over happens automatically, and vice versa for our secondary data-centre.
