ManageCO2 Limited is an Irish owned company based in the  Enterprise Acceleration Centre, Moylish Park, Limerick, Ireland.

Managing Director & CEO: Adrian Fleming BSc(Comp Sci)

Upon graduating from University College Dublin(UCD) with an honours bachelor of science degree in Computer Science, Adrian joined Accenture Financial services as a software consultant, and was involved at every stage of a very high profile international software development project for one of Ireland's largest financial institutions. Adrian later joined the Dell Corporation as an IT Project Manager. Adrian successfully lead the implementation of a global fulfillment exchange software system. Under unprecedented international stakeholder focus, Adrian successfully lead a team of over 50 people located in the USA, Ireland, Canada, Brazil, China, Malaysia, UK and Russia consisting of software developers, testers, business analysts, and subject matter experts through several successful releases before pursuing his own business. In 2009 Adrian joined the Limerick Enterprise Acceleration Programme(LEAP.ie) where he received guidance, mentor-ship and assistance in establishing a sustainable,  business - ManageCO2.

Business Development Director: Derek Spillane BComm, M.B.A

Derek has many years sales and marketing experience under his belt working with Ingersol-Rand International, and Thermoking in the US and Chinese markets, as well as more recent experience heading up the Dell European retail program.

Dr Padraic Larkin

Formerly a director at the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) Ireland, Dr Padraic Larkin was central to the establishment of the EPA and the implementation of the Integrated Pollution Control Licensing, the licensing of waste and GMO facilities and the subsequent enforcement of these licenses.Padraic co-established Ireland's climate change unit, and drafted the national allocation plans for emissions trading. Padraic brings this experience along with his senior executive level view of environmental issues to the ManageCO2 advisory board.

Damien Clancy

As managing director of one of Ireland's single largest consumers of electricity, Aughnish Alumina, and as Aughnish has been subject to some of the closest scrutiny in Europe regarding environmental compliance and regulations, Damien has vast experience of Environmental Management and financial implications of such activities at a executive level. Damien brings to ManageCO2 his experience at this corporate level and input regarding product, and report KPI requirements.
